1. Application 
JD-300-II heat core box core shooting machine is vertical and semi-automatic. It is commonly used in valve, faucet, hardware, hydraulic, and pneumatic industry for making various sand cores required by small and medium-sized workpieces. Both furan resin sand (wet) and coated resin sand (dry) can be used. 
It is especially commonly used in copper and aluminum casting for producing sand cores of complicated shape and low structure strength... 
JD-300-II also provides an extra function of core- pulling.
